It's been good when I do go. McDonald's is the least fast food place I eat from. Today they missed my order because I had to tell them what number I was.

One of the slowest McDonald's on the eastside of Cleveland. Attitudes are not that great either. I went here because I needed my hot tea.

I used to eat breakfast every morning and get a very large iced tea sweet but the service has gotten so terrible the food it isn't good it's reheated and serve two people I don't know what has happened to this place but I don't go there as often anymore I said forget it get a cold drink and keep going. Hope it gets better the way it used to be. My grandkids left McDonald's but I have to take them somewhere else now because this McDonald's Now sucks. Maybe we can get back to the way it was.

Drive thru was very busy that morning but it didn't give the older cashier the right to be grumpy or rude did not crack a smile even after I wished her a Happy Thanksgiving! My hot peppermint mocha was luke warm to say the least! McDonald's get your act together!

Ms. Brandy, the store Manager was very polite and accommodating to me. The facility was very well kept and the staff were all team players
