I love this place. The food is more delicious than anywhere in a few cities. However, the restaurant is too dark and the food takes a while to cook and be served to your table. Last visit I had a few weeks ago, I waited an hour and a half. Also, I wonder why they made the Chicken Soup spicy! It was such a disappointment because it's the only soup they make better than everyone else. However, I wish they can start delivering because I don't want to eat at a dark restaurant anymore. The prices are a bit too much as well. It's not really a fancy location.

The food was fine, but I like the PFchang in Novi better. Shouldn't chain restaurant have standard taste? When I ordered my food, there was just a plate of chicken and rice. The waitress won't even bother to bring me a another plate unless I ask. Speaking of service, I waited 15min after I seated for the waitress to noticed me and give me a glass of water. (Or I rather think that she didn't leave hanging for no reason)Me and my mother try to wave at restaurant staff many times, but nobody come to care. Most importantly, I didn't even come at a busy hour. It was afternoon on a weekday, there are 5 table with guest at max. Overall, the food was about average but the service needs attention.

I was very disappointed with the service !
We made reservations for 25-30 people 2 weeks before my birthday on December 27th at 7:00pm which was a Wednesday we got there and its wasn't busy we sat down about 7:15 the waitress's were so short with us and nasty attitudes we ended up having 20 people no forks or linens we had to keep asking for napkins one waitress through the forks on the bare table I had to just stand up and tell her to chill out it was not a good experience I have more to say but to sum it up WE WILL NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN. They have nasty white people serving commercial Chinese ! Besides my family coming out in the cold to show love like we always do for special occasions there are tons of other establishments that would love our $ 
My family does tip well and we still did in spit of the wack service. The food was OK !

A very nice place to go for slightly overpriced "Asian" Fusion dishes. 

The restaurant has nice atmosphere, but the music is slightly to loud. Our server was very polite and made sure our needs were met. 

Will I come back? I'm not sure, maybe.

TAKE OUT WAITRESS NEEDS TO COMMUNICATE BETTER

There was a lack of communication with this waitress.  First she just let us (me and another customer) wait there for some time before taking our orders, without saying "I'll be right with you".  Then, after she took the orders, she just walked away.  I was expecting "I'll put in your order now and it should be ready in X minutes."  Same thing when she delivered the check, she just placed it in front of me without saying anything about the status of the order.  Same thing when I came back to pick up the order. There was a bag on the counter, but I had to ask her if that was my order, she wasn't about to volunteer this info.

Also, I wasn't happy that their offer for a free app with entree wasn't accepted using a kid's entree.  If they meant to add that restriction, it should have been listed in the email with the offer.  Finally, I got some error listed on the receipt saying their system was down and they couldn't credit my rewards points.
