Decently updated interior. Oddly narrow passageway to the restrooms that are further crammed by the existence of a bar table with screens for playing games (mainly for children). Table are often sticky/dirty and in need of better cleaning/attention. Decently quick service inside. HOWEVER, the drive through is a whole other story... it is SLOW and INCONVENIENT, exactly the opposite of what it should be. Often multiple cars are asked to pull up past the drive through and park to wait even longer for their order to come out. I ordered a yogurt parfait (pre-made) and a side salad (also pre-made) and was asked to go ahead to park and wait. I waited ten additional minutes before getting fed up and going inside to retrieve my order. Also, the ice cream machine is rarely ever in operation.

only thing good here anymore is sausage biscuit,  and most of the time breakfast staff is only the friendly ones.  Never go any other time.

This McDonalds used to be fun and the top store on the Westbank. Now everyone is on their phone. The manager act so nasty towards you. Some of the crew are so sweet and need to know that there are jobs out there other than McDonalds

I had the most horrible visit to this store. They messed up my order that I already waited ten minutes to receive. Then, I had to bring it back which ruined my lunch 1/2 hour. I never got to eat lunch. I wasted time and gas, and instead of being courteous because of inconvenience, the manager charged me for the hash brown I ate before I knee they messed up my sandwich. She only refunded the sandwich and kept arguing at me about a hash brown! I forgot the drink in the cup holder of the car. She made me go get it, threw it away in my face, then refunded the drink portion of the meal. Wait, what am I missing here? You caused me more harm by making me late to work, waste gas and not eat lunch and you treating me like this is my fault? Where do they find these people? 
The restaurants upper management called, apologized and rectified my inconvenience. I accept their apology, but I won't EVER spend another dime in this store. 
Plus, it was dirty. It needs a deep cleaning.

If you actually want your breakfast, and want it correct, go anywhere but here. No one looks pleasant, the cashier was more concerned with her phone than customers. She was stocking the dining room Instead of being at the counter, even though there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing who could have been stocking the dining room. I've worked at McDonald's before, this place is awful.
