We ate here on St. Patty's Day with a group of over 20. Short notice, and the staff was right on top of things. The food was some of the Best I've ever had. I'm trying to figure out how to get a few tubs of their gumbo sent to Indiana because it was AMAZING.  I would make the 12 hour drive back just to eat here again!

I absolutely love this place! Great customer service from the owner and staff. I have enjoyed several great meals here. They have the best food on the West Bank! Soon they will be opening up a second location at the Esplanade Mall "Sam's Grill" we are very excited to have them on our side of town!

The food is too greasy and salty. We threw it away it was inedible.  I asked the lady that took the order to bag the fish separately due to allergies.  She did not say anything.  She looked at me as if I was crazy.  She came out with everything in the same bag.  I asked for another bag and asked did she recall I requested separate bags.  I think she believed I was attempting to be a difficult customer.  I was not.  However,  I definitely will not be back.  Very disappointing

I got the combo with 3 pcs of fish and 10 med shrimp,  I don't normally do fried foods but this was very good.  Everything was fresh!!  Their homemade target sauce was very good also.  Will be back to try other plates, excellent first visit.  The staff was wonderful also.

Dozen Large Butterflied Shrimp and Fries. Super deal and super good. Wife had Crab Cakes and Fried Egg plant plated for royalty. The building may resemble an old shake's, but make no mistake they've got a great formula, make great food. I've been here several times and as always their Seafood is A+ and great price.
