I went inside to have a look. The service was quick and friendly. Went to check the bathrooms and they were very nice, no pooled water on the sink, trash was acceptable, and the toilet had toilet paper. The seat of the toilet was clean and the urinal had its disinfectant tablet in it. Mirror was clean and without water spots.
The crew was friendly and fast, My food was ready before I came back from the bathroom and I was only in there about 3 or 4 min. The lobby was clean and the soda station was stocked and clean. The crew at this location really really care and love their job, not just there for a paycheck and it shows in their store’s cleanliness.

I would like to know why the big breakfast only includes hot cakes if you you request them? I have been to the McDonalds at 11600 bluegrass parkway before and order the big breakfast without having to request hot cakes and they gave them to me. This visit I was charged 8.99 for a biscuit, sausage, egg, and a hash brown. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t there a meal that has a sausage and egg biscuit with a hash brown for maybe 4 or 5 dollars? Why? Why would I pay you 4 more dollars for something I could just order on the regular meal? 8.99 so you can assemble it yourself... five dollars and some change and we assemble it for you. Makes perfect sense, right? Might I add that the lovely manager was snobbish and acted as though this is something I should know. As a consumer, no... I wouldn’t understand that math. Garbage. Also, I guess whomever put the syrup in my bag must have also thought big breakfast wasn’t just some ridiculous over priced version of a meal you already have because they gave me six syrup cups for one order of pancakes. Seems a bit excessive, don’t you think?

I went to the drive-thru and they shorted my order two sausage biscuits and a frappe by the time we pulled out of parking lot we realized they shorted us turned around and I went inside thinking they would go ahead and just let us have the items since they didn't put it in the bag. Not these idiots never go back again... The food was warm and tasty that's about the only positive I can say.

For the first time in a long time, I got my order quickly during lunch. How did I do it? I used their mobile app... I recommend it!

The app was not working in the lady offered me to give it to me anyway and I said no thank you because I didn't want to get her in trouble for giving stuff away that she couldn't
