I have had some of the worst customer service experiences here than at any McDonald’s. That is pretty bad. I have been given the wrong drink several times. I was too far down the road to do anything about it. I have gotten to where I would not pull off until I checked it. I cannot have sugar so I was not able to drink. Yesterday I went through and they were having multiple issues. They were not able to accept debit cards which was fine with me. I actually thought the process might be quicker without debit cards involved. After placing my order, I drove to the first window – they did not have any idea what I ordered. After that was resolved, I drove to the second window. Where they again did not have any idea what I ordered. Nor could they see that I had paid for it. It took several minutes to iron that out. Clearly there were some technology issues, the bigger problem was how the workers responded. They were short, abrupt and all but accused me of trying to steal a $1.70 iced tea I had reported concerns to management before so I was surprised it was as bad as it was.

March 10th at approximately 10:10am my 7 year old daughter and I order the big breakfast and hotcakes platter. At 10:20 my ticket number is called but the lady behind the counter gives it to another person waiting so I ask what's up with that and she said sorry I'll make another one. 10-12 more minutes go by so I return to the counter and ask for my food when the manager lady in a purple shirt says to the cashier they are no longer making breakfast and just give me a refund. This manager is the Most unprofessional person I have ever seen. SO i go to chick fill a directly across the street and even though drive thru is wrapped around the building already I was on my way with my food in 10 minutes. MCDONALD'S why do you hire these people to work your stores. Better employees are available. The manager on this shift is the wrong material. Never again

They're very friendly and they did a good job they hurry up and get you on your way good job people at Mickey D's

They gave me the wrong order at the drive thru. Typically they're drive thru messes up the fries. This was a complete order! I took it in and watched them hand the order I had my hands in, checking the order, to the driver waiting. They DID offer larger fries with our order(at that point, I just wanted my food and go home.) Glad I checked...no sauce for the chicken tenders, because it was served in store, i had to grab napkins and straws myself. Every time, you can count the drive thru will mess up your order. If you want a proper McDonald's meal, go inside. It is easier to catch and correct the errors.

Only about 75% of the time is my order 100% correct through the drive thru. Also wait times are longer than expected for a fast food restaurant.
