Apparently they upgraded to kiosks since I was there,  last. The lady at the counter pointed it out. She was really rude,  actually. Everyone else was great,  but she acted like I was a huge inconvenience,  and made a point of telling me they don't normally accept orders from the counter anymore and it wasn't technically her job. I would have used the kiosk,  I just didn't notice it when I came in and she offered to do it at the counter. 

However,  it's really clean and comfortable,  and it tasted good. Everyone else there was really nice, so the experience wasn't bad. Just one person was difficult.

Used to work here, and I'll be honest with my review based on the factors of experience working there and dining there. I've not been an employee for years now, but when I did work there I can understand the stress of randomly getting orders a bit mixed up. Sometimes it's the cashiers fault, sometimes the food prepers. The main issue I've had dining there, is the incredibly long wait time. I know how fast they can go, and trust me they don't go that fast unless it's lunch time. Other than that the food is normally pretty good. Only problem other than wrong orders is not including our food sometimes, but I always check before I leave.

I went through the drive thru on 1/30/18 at 12:30pm during the lunch rush. There was one car in the inside lane so I pulled up to the outside lane. My order was taken within 10 seconds of pulling up to the speaker. There were a few cars in front of me at the windows but I was able to reach the first window with in a minute. I was able to get back to work at Austin Landing within 10 minutes of my order being taken, even with traffic. My order was correct and the food was hot. I will choose this store over the other Miamisburg store any day.

Very upset!!! Just came home from McDonald's. The young girl who worked the window could not get my order right for the life of me. It was almost like she didn't know how to work the machine and the managers just left her on her own. It took 15 minutes JUST to put my order in. She kept erasing things and then she started adding things that I didn't want or ask for. I told her take her time and there was no rush but she got snippy with me. At this point I was extremely upset and I told her start over and we'll start from the beginning. By the time I got to the window my order was STILL wrong on the receipt and I said forget it. My food was cold, the fries were stale, my kids said there burgers had no condiments or cheese and I ordered CHEESEBURGERS with Ketchup.This is like the 5th time this happen in the last month. Very disappointed because this McDonald's wasn't like this is a few months ago.

The McDonald's at the Dayton Mall has a lot to be desired usually the customer service isn't the greatest people not smiling go through their 20-minute wait to get your food then they end up forgetting your food and you have to go back and then your food is cold or your fries are crusty from being read dropped into the fryer two or three times just overall not a pleasant experience even with the free food that you can get from their app it's just not worth it I wouldn't recommend going to this McDonald's even though they recently made it more customer-friendly inside you still have employees not smiling not happy about the job manager being cocky and arrogant tend to argue with you when you're have a coupon from the McDonald's app sometimes the app does not load and then the store manager usually likes to argue with you about it instead of just giving you the deal the only McDonald's in the area that's worth going to is the McDonald's down in West Carrollton near the old Woody's restaurant eat where it used to be down by Sonic and a taste of Elegance that McDonald's is an excellent grounds the fries are always hot and the hamburgers are always fresh kudos to that manager or franchise owner
