It could be challenging to get to this place. It's part of a larger parking lot. I should've turned sooner than I did. After I missed my chance, things get a little annoying. Point is, turn earlier than you think you should. 

This Location is small and can fill up quickly even at 4:30p on a weekday. However, the staff is friendly and things are kept clean. 

Points off for the station running out of half and half. When I asked for more, the gentleman wanted to pour it for me, something I'd really prefer to do myself.

This Starbucks NEVER gets my drink right! I order straight off the menu, nothing special and they cannot make a single drink right. For example, today I ordered 2 Venti Peppermint Mochas it was a mobile order from the app. The sticker on my cup was right but one cup was a salted caramel mocha and the other was a white mocha. Seriously? Then by the time you realize it is wrong you have to fight for 20 minutes in Dayton Mall traffic to go and have them make it the right way! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Amazingly fast service for such a busy location. I normally use the app to order mine ahead of time and it is always ready when I get there. The staff is friendly even when dealing with impatient costumers.

I was disappointed with my Tomatoe & Mozzarella sandwich. The first 1/4 of it was nothing but bread and spinach, the middle half had everything on it that was expected the last 1/4 of it was only cheese and spinach. I was hoping for the tomatoe, spinach and  mozzarella to be covering the whole sandwich.

Usually too expensive for me but, their loyalty program through the app made it worthwhile. I got a free drink. The selection is wonderful! The atmosphere was nice and casual. I could not imagine studying here.
