Tropical Smoothie has been our favorite smoothie chain for over a decade. Sunrise Sunset is my oldest daughter's go-to and the 9 year old gets the children's Chocolate Chimp add peanut butter. I like Blimey Limey and Chia Banana Boost and anything carrot when they have it. I usually order mine with no sugar or 1/4 sugar depending which smoothie it is. But you can also order them with sweetener. The salads and wraps are also good, but not the main reason we visit.

Waited for several people behind me as they got their food, asked, and they finally realized they missed the ticket. After getting home, realized they screwed up the food order. Frustrated...

The manager is great but the kids working the front do not ever listen. Every time I come I have to ask for less water, I stopped going months ago and decided today to give another chance...but even after I asked specifically for 3 pumps of water ... they still put way to much in it. It makes a huge difference I can't even drink it! Im tired of asking to remake it every time...or driving all the way back...today was my last day ever coming here.

UPDATE: I filled out a survey about my experience- the manager contacted me and offered a smoothie if I would try this location again-- I did try again-- this time much later and on a different day of the week-- I got excellent customer service this time-- karissa was the gal at the register and she greeted me right away and did not act as if she had something better to do than serve me-- I was very pleased with her service and the place seemed to be running much more smoothly this time, despite there being more customers -- karissa was at the register and another person was making the smoothies- such a better experience this time-- I also used the bathroom this time and found it to be clean and well stocked-- while this experience was excellent I am not going to change my rating until I go again on a Saturday and see if the distracted unfriendly girl has pulled it together or they have gotten rid of her--Saturday and Sunday mornings are when I would usually would go to this location-- I have opted to not go most of the time because of the poor service I receive from her(everytime) -- I will change my rating when I experience good customer service on a Saturday morning at this location

I usually go to the tropical smoothie in huber- I have never had a negative experience at that location-- 
At the tropical smoothie on miamisburg centerville- I gave the girl a buy one get one 50% off coupon- she gave me only one dollar off-- I did not think they were busy yet I had to wait for at least a minute before my order was taken-a lady from the back asked if I had been taken care of-- there were two girls working the front - i told the girl what my coupon was for and showed it to her yet she failed to put it in correctly-- I do not remember if she told me the price before running my card-- when she handed me my order she did not thank me or say have a nice day- I said thank you and did not get a reply back -- I go to the huber location almost every day-- I would like to go to this south location when I am south but if I can't get good customer service why would I give them my money?

Amazing smoothies and food, staff is always really polite and helpful. Even helped my friend when she lost her phone in the trash can.
