Fries 🍟 was new. I appreciate that! But not the burger! 🍔 OMG! It’s OLD!!! I know that McDonald’s is well known. But PLEASE DON’T serve your customers with an an old burger! So did I went back and have them replace? No! Because I’ll lose more work hours and gas just to get the old burger replaced. Managers should keep an eye on their food and what their employee are serving!

I went and bought a two piece chicken tender and it was only one in the bag and I paid for two. Second time my driver thru was messed up. What's the point if they they go over your order and you see it electronically on the screen ? but when you get your actually order not everything is in the bag smh.

Was so disappointed last Sunday night with the kind of filet sandwiches that was given to us at McDonald's drive-thru here in North Main Salinas. The grill order was done the other way around. Instead of putting light sauce on the sandwiches as what was ordered, they put too much that you can't even hold the bun itself 'coz the sauce was all over it. Too late to find about it 'coz we're already home and don't want to waste more gas just for this. Just wanted to let the management know about what exactly is happening at the drive-thru when it comes to customer's satisfaction in order not to lose customers....

standard McDonalds dining experience. It has a play place if interested. nothing especially positive or negative to report.

They take a like long time n they don't get your order right bad services go to the next to staples its better n has good services
