Got there late at night on a long road trip and didn't want to stop to eat cause we were all tired. Decided to go through the drive through instead. Person working the drive through was young but a pro. Took our order and made sure we had everything we wanted and the way we wanted it. The young girl who gave us our order was very helpful and attentive. Our order came out fast and was good and fresh. We were back on the road in no time, happy.

I love McDonald's. I go at least 4 nights a week to get apple pies because I'm so addicted to them. My fiance and I both pig out on them. The staff is normally really friendly and they get our order right every time.

HORRIBLE! On the road traveling & stopped at this location. There was a FRENCH FRY in my Caramel Mocha! AND they CHARGE for KETCHUP! 28 cent A PACK! SERIOUSLY! AND I had them remake my fries because they were old & burnt & the 2nd batch was BARELY better. I didn't receive my receipt to complete the survey unfortunately! HORRIBLE LOCATION!

If you have a sign out front of the restaurant that says open 24 hours but you aren't actually open 24 hours maybe you should get rid of the 24-hour sign and change the online hours to reflect the proper hours. Just a thought, you know?

Spent a ton remodeling. Should have bought a new ice cream machine. 40-50% of the time it's down. A pisser in the hot weather. Drive 5 miles to Caddo Valley McDonald's.
