Service was not the best today. The food (I ordered the new mushroom/Swiss burger on artisan bread) was even MORE mediocre than the service. (What's with a 15+ minute wait for a cold burger, dine-in? I mean if you give me a number and tell me you will deliver it table side, then why is it cold when I get it almost 20 minutes later? And then just drop the tray on the table and stalk off with the "number" with not so much as a... "sorry for your wait, sir. We will do better the next time." Gee! I'm sorry you are having a bad day. Thank you for sharing it with me. Well, the next I guess I go through the drive thru... If there is a next time.)

I used to work here. I worked my butt off just to be treated like dirt. I was constantly told I would progress to a crew trainer and my pay would increase but it never did. These two managers would make up some excuse for prolonging the process. So I needed a second job and they supposedly fired me for it. I came to work and everyone said I was fired. I called the owner and she said she would take care of it. Then, to get me to stay (because at this point I was on the verge of quitting becuase I was so mad), they said they would pay me like $9 an hour... maangers pay. Which you're only allowed $7.25. Also this boy went up in my face and threatened me becuase I got off earlier than he did, and he got promoted to manager. Most employees treat customers like dirt as well. Also, the found maggots in the reg. Meat once. I just remember the drive thru backed up to taney because it was so busy. Now every time I drive past, it looks empty. I hope they are losing business as they deserve to.

I've been going to the McDonald's location for some time, but I'm not going back. I urge anyone else who is thinking of going here to reconsider. Aside from the staff being a bunch of turds, laughing and making fun of customers in the background while they are ordering they are also a bunch of jerks. Management is completely lacking, so there's no accountability for the actions of the spoiled children who staff this McDonald's location. The food is prepared poorly and orders are often gotten wrong or ill-prepared (Burgers are swimming in grease, fries and drinks aren't filled to their proper capacity, etc.). This place gets an F much like the kids who work there most likely got on their tests before they dropped out of grade school.

Its good when they get the order correct. They tend to forget to put items in the bag quite a bit, but other than that they are good.

My experience with this location has never been anything special, but tonight was just horrible. Literally one car ahead of me in drive-thru and it takes a good five minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Takes another seven minutes solid waiting before I get my order - a simple 20 piece and large drink with light ice. In between, the young person taking money has a large bandage on his finger that's uncovered, and since it's 115 AM I assume he's also running half the line. I almost asked for a refund over that, but I just want to GTFO at this point. The girl on expo was presumably the shift lead based on the different uniform. I asked her if there was a problem and her response was basically "yup, here's your food, bye." Take a sip of my soda to find not only do I have a ridiculous amount of ice, but it seems the syrup had run out on my soda.
