This has to be the worst McDonald's in Charlotte North Carolina since they remodeled it each visit was a disaster my 1st visit they forgot part of my order and was rude when I returned to get it straight. On Friday night there was only 4 employees running the whole place and while preparing food was on the cell phone and using no gloves handling food and my last visit 6 days ago I paid over $6.00 for a fish sandwich combo and didn't even get my sandwich I also ordered 2 double cheese burgers with no onions but they both had onions I've been trying to call the manager daily but no one answered the phone how do I contact the regional officials

Most  went good. But fries were not hot. we were  in a rush so I could not wait for fresh fries.

First thing Monday morning!! I stop here every day to get my breakfast chicken muffins. Today the manager and her team have successfully taken 20 minutes to make two said muffins!! Seriously pissed off!! I could've had a whole package of muffins in and out of the toaster in this much time!! And it doesn't take 20minutes to drop the chicken patty into the fryer!!
So pissed off!! I'll be going to bojangels next door from now on and I hate bojangles!!

This place is new but I was disappointed in how dirty the seating area was.  Sticky tables and trash on the floor.  I went back again, hoping not to touch anything and I was shocked.  Clean and it even smelled better.  As I sat there I saw they had a cleaning lady that was not only working her butt off, but she was polite and friendly.  Nice job Micky D.  I like this place.

Staff is friendly and it was clean. I used the self order board inside. They didn't have the little table things so they would bring it be though. For the most part pretty good for a McDonald's.
