Staff was very friendly I will give them that one. However, there is one thing that made me take off two stars. I went to use the women's restroom, and the floor was really sticky with what I think was blue Powerade. I was sticking to the floor. It did have a wet floor sign but not because they mopped the mess. I was there for an hour and they still didn't mop it. Other than that, no complains. The playground is really cool.

Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one bothered to even say hello.

Overall the place was clean, the people were friendly and my food came out fast. My complaint is that I brought my 5 yr old nephew here to play not realising the playground is indoor with no A/C. That is a HUGE issue esp here in south FL. Disappointed

Terrible service ever. I took my 1.5 year old daughter to get a kids meal and requested to keep the chicken nuggets out. (So just the toy, juice, fries, and yogurt). We are Muslim and only eat halal or kosher meat. Manager said that wasn't possible. We didn't understand why so then we requested for just the burger and cheese, no meat. Simple right? Instead the manager gave us a hamburger with meat. We kindly told her we asked for just cheese and bread and she didn't have a respond or an apology to give. Instead she rolled her eyes and gave us a sandwich with bread and cheese. When asked what her name was she responded with a "sorry I can't tell you". She wasn't wearing a name badge but we were extremely disappointed at how we were treated. I know one thing - I will not be going back ever again. Also letting loved ones know about the disrespect and the terrible customer service at this location.

to 6 people working not even busy in drive thru and a few people waiting inside, ridiculously slow and some don't even what they are doing.
