I called store 1.5 hours after placing order to find out where our pizza was.  I was told they tried contacting use because they didn't have mushrooms or onions.  They cancelled our order because we didn't answer the phone.

This is not the first time this particular store has messed up our order.  The time prior to this they delivered the wrong order.

Although Papa John's Pizza is good it's not worth dealing with this store.

Live and learn right?

Update: Changed my review to 1 star on the following basis; by rectifying themselves last time, the order was 2 hours late this time. After calling (because obviously the time showing online was inaccurate) the first associate was rude and said they were busy as a response. After speaking to a manager, they were unsympathetic and didn't have much to say. A sorry would have sufficed maybe? To keep it short, this has been one of the worst experiences ever for a food establishment. I didn't think ordering a pizza would have been so difficult. They definitely lost mine and a few of my friends business. (the delivery driver was kind at least). 

Original: I would normally give them a 3 or 4... Pizza is consistently 'good', their service not so much. My last order, as usual, isn't anything close to their estimated time. It actually took like double the amount of time. What really makes good customer service is them owning up to it all on their own. This is how you win business from someone (see photo).

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Second time in a row that our order was late. Tonight it was over 2 hours late. The first employee I spoke to when we called was very rude. He said "we're busy, that's why it's late." Then put me on hold for 10 mins waiting to speak to a manager. The manager was nice at least but I won't be giving this location anymore of my business. Terrible experience.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVERY!!!!! AFTER BEING TOLD 30 MINS FOR DELIVERY AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER STILL NO PIZZA!!!! EVEN AFTER TRYING TO FLAG DOWN THE DRIVER WHO WAS ACROSS THE STREET, HE GETS IN HIS CAR AND LEAVES. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY OFFERED TO REMAKE THE PIZZA AND EITHER COME PICK IT UP OR WAIT FOR DELIVERY AGAIN.....WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Worst Papa Johns experience ever. I live 6 minutes away and it took over an hour for them to deliver a 20 minute order. I called and a guy said they are short staff. He said the driver left 10 minutes ago. A hour and 30 minutes later still no food. Called back to cancel the order and they offer me a free pizza for the next time. They don't deserve 1 star.
