Food is good. Service is okay. They are not generous with the cream cheese so be prepared to spend $0.50 for for an extra cream cheese cup. The one that comes with your bagel is small and will not take care of both sides of your bagel. For context I'm the kind of guy when I order a toasted bagel with cream cheese at Dunkin Donuts I always tell them to go easy on the cream cheese because they put way too much on.

If cheap is the most important part of going to a breakfast restaurant, then this is the place. Some of the staff is rude to the point that you would never return. For the dollar or two more per meal, there are many other places that will provide a better meal, a cleaner environment and they will appreciate your business.

Travel to Florida with family and happen to stop by for breakfast ... very family environment... service was great, love the salmon (Nova platter)...
