As far as McDonald's goes it's not terrible. The people are friendly, they don't seem to have as high of a turnover, and the food is pretty decent most of the time. The reason I have to give it one star is because every single time I have gone here my order has been messed up. A very simple order. The same thing every time I go there. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Will not be going here anymore or any other McDonald's ever again. I don't have time to wait for things to be fixed when they shouldn't have been wrong to begin with.

Instead of hot coffee  they gave us iced one, they said oh sorry you guys can keep the cold one for free we will make a hot one. But then minute later they come back and said that we have to pay for the ice coffee,  we said we already paid for iced, then manager ask for the recite and tell we have to give iced back ... :( we just drove away

THE WORST MCDONALDS IN HISTORY THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE GOTTEN ONE OF MY ORDERS RIGHT and i dont even special order. One time i ordered two sundaes  they put a couple drops of fudge on them i noticed after i got out of drive through line when i went inside they told me OH WE RAN OUT dont you think you shouldve mentioned that to me instead of hoping i wouldnt notice till i got home and said F&$Ω IT!!! This place is GARBAGE AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES and throw in the towel. Sad.

Rude terrible the manager charge me a 1. 86 for coffee when coffee is actually a dollar nine and she lied and said the prices went up 2 weeks ago I found hair in my big breakfast and she would not replace it so terrible terrible service I will never eat there again all on Center Street in Tacoma

I only go to this McD's when I plan on dining in. The reason for this is that literally EVERY time I have gone through the drive through, they have gotten my order wrong (either incorrect items, or missing items). The last time I did so, I politely asked them to check my bags before bringing them out because the order is ALWAYS wrong. The manager apologized and said it would be correct this time, but it wasn't. They can't even get it right when you challenge them to get it right! The manager was really embarrassed that the order was wrong even after she told me it wouldn't be. Then today, I go in and order $10 worth of food and ask for a cup for water. The cashier gave me a small (10 oz?) cup, so I asked for another since there were two of us and I didn't realize it would be so small. The total for my order seemed high, so I asked why, and was told that they charge $1 for an empty cup. I was charged $2 plus tax for two small empty cups without being told until I questioned the total! I can understand charging 5 or 10 cents per cup (which would probably still be a profit over what they pay), but a $1? On the plus side (which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1), the food is usually fresh and hot, and the employees are usually friendly.
