Not a good experience. I got an order of garlic cheddar rolls and they were raw inside. I will not eat here again after that

After over an hour with no pizza and no phone call, I called the store to find out where our delivery had gone. I was informed that there was no record of our order, even though the charge had cleared the bank. I was told to call a separate call center who handles online delivery errors for a refund. After being on hold, I finally reached a polite woman who told me we must have incorrectly typed something in (zip code, ect.) and the system kicked it back, thus canceling the order. I said there needs to be a system in place to inform customers of an error like this, since everything looked like it had gone through perfect on our end and we had been waiting, clueless, for over an hour for our food. I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience and only after I directly asked for compensation, was I offered a 50% off coupon for one menu item. No thanks Papa Johns.  Never again.

The pizza is the mediocre quality you would expect from a delivery service, I'm not even mad about that, I know you get what you pay for. What I'm upset about is on two separate occasions I've specified I need supplies for a few people (paper plates, napkins, parmesan, red pepper) this last time I even said I need enough for four people. I recieved two plates, three napkins and a single packet of parmesan. When I asked the driver where is the rest of the items his response was, "This is all they sent me with".

Always get prompt service. Pizza is always nice and hot. We order online and pick up. Never an issue.
