We love coming to this McDonald's in our neighborhood. He particularly like the ability to order from the kiosk. I know that means someone's job is taken away, but I don't know what I can do about that. Food is fresh hot and always delicious.

We got this McDonald's up for a quick got meal before the movies. We were here at 3:36 on 3/9/2018
Our cashier was pleasant. She took our order and have us our receipt. #137. Two notes into my husband big Mac he realized just how cold it was, he asked me to take a bite. It was as if it came out of a fridge.He brought the big mac up to the counter where he was told "it's because we put cold stuff on it like tomatoes, onions and lettuce." I could heat it up if you like." My. Husband said he would prefer a freshly made one. 
His second Big Mac was the temperature it should be. They also replaced his fries.
The employee is wrong in saying the cold veggies put on it make it cold. I've worked in fast way as a young adult and know that's not true. It was pass it's prime and should have been disposed of instead of being given to a customer.
My chicken nuggets and fries were hot as they should be.
Btw the inside of the store was clean and the furniture very updated.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful beyond the usual you would expect.
The lady saw that I was having difficulty walking today, and she told me to go sit and she brought me everything, including filling my drink in the customer area and making sure I had enough of everything else.
Plus all the other work force smiled a lot and seems happy and friendly to each other and the customers.

I worked for McDonald's long time ago. We used to give great service,  smiling to the customers,  and the menu wasn't bad. Now, no service,  no smiles and the food just gotten terrible.

They have had a few flukes when I have gone there but that's a normal issue with fast food, they always fix issue when informed. A owner/manager brought over our food that was remade because it was incorrect the first time. He also gave a free kids meal to and elderly couple who were sharing it, which was quite sweet. I've seen employees ask how food was and clear trays for customers. They also have that cool coke machine where you can get a bunch of flavors of whatever pop.
