It's a pizza place they are busy if you want the convenience of having it delivered then they tell you exactly how long it's going to be for the delivery I've never had a problem with them they've always been right on the timer that you watch. If you want it quicker then picking up is your best option. It's very hard to be a delivery driver around here traffic and getting from place to place is very difficult so they can only estimate how long it's going to take. Give the driver break

This bad reviews gotta stay here until you guys fix this. I ordered my pizzas and they take forever to get here.. SAM was double checking my god damned pizza for PERFECTION. Get my god damned pizzas, And my damn Hawaiian pizza is just cheese. I call you guys back at 11:50, and you keep sending me to the closed voice answering where I cant even leave a message. Your open until 12 keep the phones open until 12. Ill call corporate on you SAM, dont think I won't. Best bet I'm calling in the morning.

I have been ordering from this location for years and since I've moved to pritchardville i have not had an issue with delivery. As a matter of fact i just ordered a pizza last week with no problem. Today however, i ordered a pizza online and my order was canceled because they no longer deliver here. the manager on duty was very rude and wouldn't let me speak. she said she tried to call but I'm very sick with the flu and pregnant trying to take care of my other children and she didn't even leave a message. my kids are hungry and I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Honestly, the most unprofessional service. I called 3 times just to get through. The first time I tried reaching them they just hang up, in the second attempt I could hear them in the background but never answered me, finally, in the third attempt they answer and I order 2 simple pizzas. They confirmed my order and then when I went to pick it up they claim I only ordered 1 pizza. They made the other pizza and when I got home I noticed it was still uncooked. It's seriously very unpleasant costumer service and I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else.

I did recommend them at one time. Not anymore! Same story as other reviewers: ordered, called an hour later and was told out for delivery, called 20 minutes later and told it was next to go out for delivery. I was incredulous and said 'Are You Serious' ... to which I got a chuckle in reply and 'I wouldn't lie to you' remark back. Well, the girl that answered the phone lied that it was out for delivery ... so I really Do Not Think This Is Funny!!! No recommend. No future orders from me for this place! Disgraceful!!!
