Great food and friendly service! Good size menu, reasonable prices and they make their bread fresh daily. The burgers are huge! Really. My husband and I shared the double meat burger and a large order of chili cheese fries. We eat a lot yet still had left overs. The burger was juicy and fresh and the chili cheese fries were crisp with plenty of beef chili and cheese sauce. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. It was also quite peaceful, I believe in part because they play the radio station KSBJ. I highly recommend that you try it out for yourself. Tip to manager: Get thicker napkins. These juicy burgers definitely call for them :

I had never been to a JLB Eatery before and we stopped in for a quick lunch at their Cypress location. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food. The house-made bun was great and did not get soggy at all. Additionally the chicken and the beef were very fresh and cooked well. I got the combo with regular fries and they had a great crunch. The wings were crispy and made fresh as well. Amazing Churro!! Nice and clean establishment I will definitely be back!!

Food was delicious. Big portions, cheap price imo because the burgers are HUGE. The food all came out hot a fresh. The flavor was great, crispy tots and fries, buns are home made and delicious. I highly recommend this place , it’s my new favorite burger spot

I never had JLB Eatery and decided to give it a try. I got the 2 piece fried fish platter it included fries, a salad, 1 hushpuppy and buttered bread The food was seasoned very well and the fish was on thinner side, which I love. I think for what I got, the price wasn't bad. Food came out quickly and the staff were friendly. Overall a nice spot that I would visit again.

Had the chicken sandwich today, it was fresh and delicious, seasoned very well! My only "complaint" is you have to ask for ketchup. Besides that it was a good experience. I will be back!

Food was ok. This was our first time visiting this location.  We typically go to the one on hwy 6.  Service was great but a little disappointed in the food.  Not typical of JLB so hoping the kitchen had an off day.  We will try again.

The absolute best burger I’ve ever had, they use fresh angus beef and you can taste the difference, they also hand make all the buns fresh every morning. Save your looking and try them.

AMAZING!! We have been to others but none compare to this one! We had the burgers, grilled cheese and these Barvarian filled churros. Absolutely delicious and fresh! Great service!! Friendly staff! We will be back!!

Yeah.. I’ve been to several other JLB’s.. I won’t be back to this one. Firstly took around 10 mins of standing in the front to get service. Secondly there’s a bar next door, which isn’t the issue- they leave the door open so when next door patrons are smoking it fills the whole store with the smell of cigarette. Thirdly- I ordered the chicken avacado bacon wrap… and they “forgot to add the bacon during making it” so it was just on the side… 14$ for an incomplete product. There’s 3 ingredients that make up the food item and it lacked one. No compensation - nothing. I heard the owner tell the cashier to “apologize to them” So he knew they messed up. And instead of correcting the issue to begin with or compensating- he threw it on the poor kid who you could tell was one of his first shifts there. No respect for that. Won’t be back. Gladly will visit any other JLB.

Their burgers are “Fantastic” but today my family wanted some chicken. Boy they did not disappoint! The cajon wings were great: tasty and moist! You cannot get a better chicken tenders elsewhere, either!  Keep it up JLB.  Don’t change one bit. Love your food!
