in the picture i provided this is just one of the art pieces in the establishment. this is actually my FAVORITE coffee place of all time and there are a couple of locations all over houston. im particularly a fiend for the frozen hot chocolate and its summer time so it feels perfect for that! anyway… PLEASE GO HERE I LOVE THIS PLACE SO FREAKING MUCH

PJ's is a must try whether you are conducting a casual meet up or if you are a student trying to cram for your next exam. The vibe and ambience is very cozy and you do not feel any external pressures to leave. I myself had a "honey oat milk latte", which is now my favorite go to drink. Management and staff are very accommodating and wifi is pretty strong. Also plenty of tables and 1 couch area. Highly recommend and will be back.  Parking: Plenty of parking and a drive-through.

Nothing like a New Orleans themed anything! Really like this shop! Nice, quiet spot to knock some work out. I got their Latte with the Kings Cake cinammon/vanilla syrup added and it was stronger than I expected but it definitely pushed me through the rest of my workday.  Love that it’s in a shopping center with other restaurants around in case you wanted to get lunch next door. Great spot for locals though!

PJs is a great place to grab a coffee drink.  I've been here a few times, and my hot drinks are usually just warm.  I need to request it to be hot next time.  But the beignets are AMAZING!  The atmosphere is calming, and the seating area is clean.Food: 4/5

Stopped in the drive through for a drink and beignets and was told by an impatient voice that they were closing in 10 minutes. I was told no beignets because machine was already cleaned in preparation for closing. Service came across as angry and impatient. As a result I did not tip which was responded to by an eye roll, no words in response to my “thank you” and a swift slamming of the drive through window.  Note to staff: Don’t be upset about providing service during business hours. Closing duties should be done after business hours.  Food and drink was decent! Terrible customer service

I just LOVE PJs! Please never move from Cypress! You have the most unique coffee flavors and the best quality coffee. I truly love all the seasonal options as well. And the beignets?! OMG, the absolute best!! Other than closing early some days and the machines being shut down regularly for cleaning in the middle of the day for cleaning and sometimes running out of materials, lol, I really love this place!

I loved  atmosphere! It’s perfect for working, studying or getting together with friends. There’s a great variety of coffee and other drinks are available too!

I’m here to get the honey oak latte, they told me they was out of oak milk, so I went with coconut… what is this I’m tasting? It taste horrible and I spent 6 and change for something I threw in the garbage… Let me make myself clear here, this coffee taste horrible and it’s not cause it had coconut milk add instead of oat milk, this is just a flat out horrible made drink. I’m over this place

Stopped by to get limited time offer; honey macadamia cold creme. It was nutty and had a good flavor. Also, they are now serving beignets, so I needed to try them and they were delicious! The service was quick and friendly.

It was excellent.  The atmosphere was great, the chairs and sofas were clean.  The latte was fabulous
