Hair in my food. Manager tried to blame the girl cooking fries but she was blonde. The hair was black and short. Like of man eyebrows? She offered fries but i just want my cash. Been waiting about 10 minutes for my cash back. Never coming here again.
I give 3 stars because my 2 cheese burgers had alot of ketchup and monster and 2 of the bread was a little bit bigger than my meats. It wasn't hot it was a little bit cold. But the cashier was nice and respectful.
Worst McDonald's I ever been too. The managers were so rude and when I asked the lady for a extra sauce for my burritos she said I had to pay extra money. First McDonald's in my life that has told me that.
Always with the wrong order, they never “have” the meat for the $1 onion burger, today the girl told me “the guy in the kitchen doesn’t know how to make it”. I work at walmart and I always order on the app, when there’s management here they make it. But they seem to forget how to make it when they are alone in there is not fair for customers to go through this young people messing with people’s orders. Please organize your employees.
Worst experience in my 40+ McDonald's years... This morning l decided to grab something from this store #29882 because I was waiting on my car at the Super Walmart in the same plaza. As I walked in the lobby there were no customers at the counter so that was a great, so I thought. As I approached the counter, the manager and other workers were holding a conversation and the shift manager was pouring ice into a machine. I noticed that I could not get service from the manager nor the other workers so the shift manager gestured over to them to serve me. This manager had the worst attitude and when I placed my order, she gave me the total, placed her hand on the counter to suggest that I put my money there. I thought is this really happening. I gave her my money and asked if there was a problem because her attitude and demeanor was nasty. She starts to get loud speaking Spanish with the other workers. So the shift manager pulls her to the side and gives me my order. Look, I have lived in Miami my whole life and shouldn't have to take some unprofessional none speaking English immigrant nastiness. This is not the first complaint that this McDonald's has received. And make no mistake this is Miami so Spanish is one of the most spoken languages you hear. But we who have earned our keep and speak English at an English speaking establishment, giving our universal greenbacks do not have endure disrespect.
The fries are always old and cold... My husband and I while at the ordering station tried to get their attention to order our food but it seems the girl was a lot more interested in the lastest gossip which we heard all. We had to drive up to the window and she just laughed it off without a simple "sorry". The hardly ever get the order right.
Got the breakfast burrito and it was one of the worst I have had! Very dry, tasted old and there was no cheese in it. You’re better off going to the store itself. Not worth it going to it in this Walmart.
Got inside the drive through line at 9:24pm. Got out the drive through 10:23pm. I asked for my food well done. I was given cold food probably went cold waiting so long. I only stayed because my son was hungry, otherwise, I would have driven to another McDonald's further.
Today I witnessed the most idiot manager that works in this establishment commit two wrong actions. First of all there was a family there with their order & they waited more than 30 minutes for their order when everyone else was attended to first they were brown like me. But they weren't attended to & the manager didn't apologize for the lack of empathy instead argued back. Then the Hialeah manager in this location told me that I couldn't have a water cup due to the fact that Walmart doesn't want water being distibuted in the McDonald's yet they gladly took my money for the order but couldn't supply a water cup rediculous service the manager there is highly unitelligent & clearly lacks customer service appreciation everything was tweeted about. Walmart or McDonald's has still not reached out. But the manager here needs to be fired not to also mention that another lady was handed a water cup but I wasn't that's not okay & that is discrimination. The Hialeah Cuban manager there is an dioti needs to go to another place he does not deserve his job there.
I don't understand why McDonald's get such a bad rap yet everybody goes back
