Food was hot and fast, but they need to do a little better about staying on top of cleaning the dining area.Food: 5/5
Ordered a medium coffee with 3 splendas inside and *no* cream. When I saw that cream appeared on the screen, I alerted the attendant. Declining to change it on the screen, she assured me of taking care of the matter for my order. Apparently, she was lying! My coffee had cream in it!! Upon reaching home I had to drive back to the McDonald"s to get my coffee without the cream! Very bad customer service by this young teenager or in early 20s employee. The question is, how did she get hire in the first place with that kind of an attitude? What is the quality of employee training? The McDonald's at Hwy 15-501 in Chapel Hill NC also needs attention to management training.
Well. McDonald's is McDonald's, but all the staff at this location are so nice and make sure the orders are correct. We used to go inside but since Covid we just go through the drive through. The staff really stand out at this location!
Food was good, fresh and hot. The premises were clean with yacht rock on the radio. Would recommend. Plenty of accessible parking and entry
Ordered a large coffee with 10 creams. The label on the cup read 10 cream no sugar. As I drove away I realized they put 10 sugars and no cream in my coffee.
The customer service was nice. They gave me the double sauce for the big Mac. The soda was tasteless. Mcdonald's coke it's only nice in the TV commercial.
The service was excellent the lady up front was very nice but i wanted to point out that there was a customer that was very rude and was yelling at her and i wanted to shout out to the lady worker that was upfront for the handling the situation and did her best to manage it and was not her fault and again shout out to the worker she did a great job!
Can't use a bogo if they have no and get one for $1. Within a week went up $.55 for gravy biscuit with extra gravy and watered down
Food was good But they did not give us any napkins at all
Service personal were very friendly. Fries were slightly underdone. One of the burger buns was hard.Food: 2/5
