Consistently good subs. I've found that their cold subs are superior to their hot ones. Fresh ingredients that you can completely customize. Very fast service.
I've previously give 5 star reviews for this location but it's recently gotten worse. The sandwiches are still good, but the facilities are filthy. When it first opened there seemed to be shift managers on duty who kept workers busy. Now it looks like workers just manage themselves. The tables, floors and drink area are always filthy. It's almost impossible to dine in.When there's a short break and no customers in line, staff don't go out and clean. Even when some staff are making online orders, other staff are leaning against the counters just chatting with those who are making the online orders. If they aren't careful, Jersey Mike's is going to go the way of Subway. We don't eat at Subway because it's filthy inside. Once the dining area goes downhill, the food will soon follow.
I like this location a lot. The sandwiches are always delicious, the staff friendly and highly competent. Nice to have a solid Jersey Mike's so close by
Colin and Will both run this store the best I have been to any other quick sandwich shops. They are quick, accurate and have a smile on their face when helping out. Will make this my home Jersey Mikes store from now on.

Ordered a sandwich through the app without tomato - I get home and it only has chicken and cheese on it. I go back and ask the worker to remake it, and she did quickly. She was very kind but unfortunately, it had a little less than half the amount of chicken that my first sandwich had on it, was full of lettuce, and had tomatoes I specified what I requested be taken off when asking for the new sandwich, but to be fair it was busy and a little loud. Not worth asking them to remake again but wasted a lot of my time and money.
Every time I go into this store it’s always something. Tonight I went in at 8:35pm and tried to order a #17, only to be told by the young girl and young guy that the grill closes at 8:30pm. They said that they couldn’t and wouldn’t cook anything else tonight. I asked them were they sure about that and I was told that it was up to her discretion. They seem to make up there own rules when I know that this is not company policy!!!
Cashier took my money and proceeded to prepare a sandwich without changing her gloves. I called her out on it!
I have always been happy with our sub, until tonight. I ordered my husband a tuna sub and out of habit said Mike’s way. He took one bite and threw it in the trash. You would think they would ask before smothering tuna with oil and vinegar. I assumed Mikes Way would be customized to what went we with a particular sandwich. He ate a peanut butter sandwich and Jersey Mikes was a disappointing fail tonight.
