daughter and boyfriend wanted McDonald's, when I pulled up I said dang because I was the 17th car in line it went faster than I thought it would be,but when you are hungry and waiting in line time seems to slow down.we ordered our it was correct time to eat by the way if you visit a place often you should have their app it is a money saver!
Has mobil app available but once you get there you still have to go to drive thru to get your order that is already pay. That place is always pack on drive thru cos the restaurant is close most of the time and 1 line open . In top of that once you get the order either food is cold or run out of stuff. Not cool .. cos if you call they might say come back for hot fries but make the line again it not work it.
What a messy. Not organized. Was there 11/02/2022 8.33 am 3 people came back with wrong order. The lady ordered large coffee and she got small one. I ordered sausage and cheese, I got sausage and eggs. They need to train more the manager and young man at front. Front young man doesn't have politely behavior.Food: 1/5
Started working near this McD’s and a co-worker said don’t go there, they are the worst. I laughed it off. I have to agree. They don’t accept cash sometimes, drive thru problems with the speaker, long wait times, employees cussing. Started bringing my own lunch to work more often.
Omg, I'd give zero stars if I could. They were so offensive with a lady that was waiting. Idk what her issue what's, but she was handicapped, and was visibly upset, we had to help her and call 911 because she was shaking. The store employees were very unprofessional I'm my opinion, what king of customer service employee makes a customer cry?? That is not ok, after she left they were even laughing and making fun of her calling her fu..ken brown b..ch.
Jaden has to be one of the best workers here. Has a respectful and amazing attitude, fast and efficient with the orders and an overall great worker. We need more people like Jaden working out here. Shout out to him, bro hands down the GOAT.
Waited 30 minutes and got no food. I went thru the drive thru and they had me wait on stall 6 and i had to leave. Terrible service and management.
McDonald's on Alondra and Bloomfield, manager William going above and beyond. I ordered through grubhub at which items were missing. Resolved issues with grubhub and then McDonald's. Manager William offered to still make a part of the order missing even after I explained I got refunded, William still offered to make my order. Five stars and two thumbs up to William
I am very upset that no signs are posted outside the drive thru when their system is down and they are only taking cash. This is not the first time this happens to me when going to this location. I had to wait 15 mins in line just to be able to get through. Also you can tell the drive thru area is never cleaned.
Terrible experience. They gave me the wrong order and when they gave me the right one they forget to things. I’m hungry and now I have one thing to eat, they took my money. As I’m home eating one thing because they always forgot my order I FIND TWO HAIRS IN MY FOOD. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Something is always wrong with this certain McDonald’s
