The chicken was great as always, breading was clean and not too greasy. The apple pies were delicious. There's always a bit of a wait but thats understandable as all the orders are fresh for walk-ins. Parking: Building is located on the corner of Alondra and Pioneer Blvd Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp from the parking lot that runs across the building to the main entrance
I didn't have too bad of an experience from this spot but the restaurant was a tad bit unclean and they didn't have a bathroom for customers. I Wall d in normally and the guy at the register was alert. He didn't greet me but he was alert. I asked to purchase one biscuit, he suggested the 3 promotion. So I got three. I then decided to get a drink A strawberry Blast, he didn't ask me what size I wanted but pulled out a large cup so I guess there was only one size. He gave me honey for my biscuits and a straw. I then proceeded to a table in the back of the extremely small restaurant and to my surprise the tables were dirty all of them. So I kindly reapproached the register and asked the employee to clean the table or if he could get someone else to. He proceeded without hesitation but with some hesitation and cleaned the table. Then there was a man I don't even know where he came from. He just started ordering the guy to clean more tables but he only did one of the 4 other tables outside of the one I was going to be having my Meal. The employee returned to his register and the man started asking the employee if he was ordering food and if he paid for the food he ordered. The employee made a mumbled response but I could not hear. They don't offer dine in WiFi or any customer service tools. But good biscuits and very good lemonade, bad to see this business handled like that
Took 28min. To receive our order and we were the only ones in their!! Family meal 12pcs. On a Sunday. I've known the owner for years and I haven't been their in a couple of years since we moved and it's Never taken so long to get my order. A sorry or thanks for waiting would of been nice!! The food was good,But the service was Horrible.

I catch the bus in the morning by the bus stop near this Church's chicken. On Alondra and pioneer and notice through the window that cooked chicken and biscuits has been sitting out from overnight. I also noticed it the day before. I hope you don't serve that to your customers. It makes a customer think that you don't clean your kitchen. I have a photo. This is around 7:15 am. Way before you open.
If I could give a - I would. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. I asked the employee what was on it and she said pickle and mayo. I noticed the picture showed lettuce, I asked if it had lettuce and she replied we don't have lettuce anymore. I thought well I'll give it a try. My family got the family meal with 2 sides and biscuits. When I got home, I was tempted to throw it away. It looked gross, the mayo was layered and it smelt like miracle whip. I scraped it off, I added a bunch of stuff and it was still barely edible. The fried chicken was very greasy, mashed potatoes and gravy were bland. The only thing that was good was the biscuits. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Side note, a solicitor walked in and was trying to sell fake ear buds and the employee was checking them out as the next customer waited to order.
Must better them Popeyes. Chicken is fresh and sides are good. This particular site has always been good since it opened.
Great fried chicken and honey biscuits. Love this place, I wished there was more branches in so cal. 100% better than KFC or Popeyes Chicken.Food: 5/5
