Service here is terrible. They mess up your order so before you leave make sure you check your food make sure they got it right. A young male cashier got my order wrong in the morning.
Remember when McDonalds used to feel like home? Remember when McDonalds used to care? Imagine coming to McDonalds while being the caretaker of a severely disabled child. Next you order your food in the drive through and are told to wait while everyone else is served for 20 mins.. You inquire what is taking so long and are told your order is coming out. 30 mins later you inquire again at which point the employee says they will check on it again. Now you ask the employee for the manager. The employee, Erica Lee takes 10 mins looking for a store manager that was never onsite. Erica Lee doesn’t even know the last name of the store manager the best Erica Lee can conjure is “Sandra Floors”. Now you confirm with Erica Lee that there is zero manger or managers present 1/29/20 12:44 at which point Erica Lee reveals “I am the manager…and he is too…” she point to a gentleman standing next to her and you ask for his name and he replies “Johnathan Alvarez”. At best McDonalds employees were children playing pretend employees and at worst they were exemplary definitions of unprofessionalism. “ShyAnn” in particular -besides Erica Lee- was a truly special species of rudeness. Rather than mending the situation by merely doing her job and running the food “ShyAnn” took it upon her self to add nasty comment after nasty comment. Nasty look, after nasty look and when confronted and asked for her name she informs me that legally all I have to say is “Shy-Ann”. Even if an argument was put forth by the mangers that they were overloaded with work, that simply is not true the restaurant was not even close busy with customers and the managers were standing around lackadaisical. If this is what McDonalds has devolved into all I have to say is…No thank you, we can all eat at home from now on, We are not lovin’ it.
I went in at 8 am. Signs say for you to order via the kiosk. After paying I went to the restroom…I came out and my food was just sitting on a counter…no one came up to verify that I was grabbing the right order. I just matched the number of that order to my receipt, grabbed it and left. No human interaction. Great for an introvert. ‍
Very spacious open 24 hours the dining area to walk in and pick up your food is only open until 10 pm. Unless your doing Postmates or Uber you just got to call them. Huge parking lot the staff are very friendly clean and understanding! I recommend this McDonald's.
Food was disgusting at 11:20pm on Monday October the 17th manager was taking order and gave horrible attitude and forced me to redeem a coupon code I didn't want to redeem and ruined my order because I ended up being forced to pay with cash because my order was botched online and I didn't have enough cash. Manager then gave attitude about wanting to redeem other coupon and practically tore my eardrum yelling through her speaker. Then when the food was produced to us the burgers were stale and half a day old at least and the fries has no salt on them seemingly on purpose coincidentally with the attitude that was passed to us. When there is no customer service then there is no positive experience. When the food is bad and the service sucks, why should I rate a good review? This shift was a terribly managed shift
I have been here quite a few times over the past year and have regretted it each time. I guess I keep thinking it will be better.... but its not. This will be my last time. We hadnt eaten all day so we swung through the drive thru to grab a meal about 3:35pm. It wasnt busy at all. The girl that took the order was patient and really tried to be sure thw order was right and I expressed my appreciation to her for great customer service. The person handing me food and drinks was less than nice. He had an "I dont care" attitude and sighed hard when I asked for BBQ sauce. We had ordered 2 Spicy Deluxe Crispy Sandwiches extra well due to having recieved them under cooked last time and asked for no sauce or mayo. I made sure we had everything although the fries were spilled throughout the bag and then left the drive thru. The fries were cold and stale. The chicken sandwiches were cruncy but still not cooked through and were swimming in spicy sauce, mushy tomatoes, and wilted lettuce. The sandwiches were completely inedible and I was truly disappointed! If I had had the time I would have gone back for a refund. I like going out periodically to eat but am doing it less and less now. There is NO PRIDE anymore in serving your customers!
I only get breakfast here. The food is good, but the coffee is hit or miss with missing be absolutely horrible. 3 times now, I've gotten iced coffee from here that tasted absolutely foul. The first 2 times were in August when I got the French vanilla iced coffee. After the 2nd time, I decided to switch to Hazelnut iced coffee which was fine for a while until yesterday when it tasted absolutely foul as well. I don't know if they don't clean their machines, are using outdated/way past use date product, or an undertrained/oblivious employee made them, but I do not recommend the iced coffee here.
We live our neighborhood McDonald's! Our cheeseburgers were wrong, but still tasted great. We understand that mix ups happen and we can't wait to come back for more! P.S. LOVE THE FRENCH FRIES!
Terrible. One word encompassing every part of the experience. By far my worst customer experience at a McDonalds. They essentially force ordering at the barely functional touch screens then get almost every order wrong. Then hide in the back so no one can get what they actually ordered. I don't say this lightly, but this owner deserves to have their franchise revoked
One positive would be the calm and quiet dinning area. The service could improve, at least in my visit, the 2 employees that assisted me seemed to have an attitude and an issue to assist a person.Food: 5/5
