I stopped by the La Mesa location for the 1st, time I noticed right away how clean the outside was as I am driving up. The lobby area was clean, food looked fresh and plenty was available. The staff very friendly. The downfall to my experience was the cook had a mask on but was down to his chin I was thinking what’s the point in wearing it if you don’t have it on all the way. Then I thought well maybe he needed a breather it can be hot back there in the kitchen but nope his mask remained down the entire time I was there ordering. Oh don’t order the guacamole not worth the over priced $3. I think this location isn’t too bad I’ll definitely come back once in a while but I am giving 4 star for excellent customer service
I stopped in today to grab the chicken bowl! trust and believe this will be last time visiting this location! The food was OK. I’ve definitely had much much better at other locations! What really made the experience to the level of never going to ever walk in the doors again was the interaction with the employees. Rude doesn’t even cover it. And it would be different if I deserved Noonie yes. But in all in all I was in a really good mood I was very friendly yet none of that was reciprocated! Anyways long story short this place sucks! I definitely don’t feel that this is true of all chipotle locations definitely this location is not very enjoyable.
Everything about this visit today spelt cheapotle and a bowl that was empty. Unless something happened , rice seemed to be difficult To ask for, and the scoops were flat on the spoon when given. You could sense that they were being chinsy on the portions wasn’t feeling it today . And no reciept given only a rewards Scan !!!! More transparent about it utensils also California’s new we won’t give you eating utensil law is stupid and chipotle is a place you can’t it without utensils relocation of the utensils needs to be more translated now with this new law !
This Chipotle never seems to have orders ready, always has a line even for pick-up and the staff don't seem to care at all when customers are frustrated. It is the closest one to our home so we're forced to return here after being avid Chipotle fans that had it catered at our wedding but they've consistently messed up our orders and we always know to go 10-15 minutes later than scheduled because we're still likely to wait. Vegetarian options: The good thing about building your own is you can make it vegetarian, low fat, low carb, etc. Dietary restrictions: They have lifestyle bowls but since you're building your own you can choose how to make it, like Subway.
I have been to this Chipotle often, and I've finally decided I can't take this place anymore. The food is either WAY too salty, or no salt was used. Forget placing pickup orders. They are never ready, and you stand around and wait forever, until you finally talk to an employee, only to discover the order was never made. That's happened one too many times.
Supply defects still showing up. Wanted tacos and no soft tortillas available. I started my order and found out too late. They should post a sign of items they are out of, everyone else does. I see it as a sign of poor institutional knowledge/managerial training. I don't care how good the food is, if the restaurant doesn't care about it's customers.,.
Delicious and easy orsering system. They have a drive thru option for pick-up not for ordering, which made it super convienent. Food was delicious, highly recommend the Barbacoa! Only downside is the location is a little difficult to get in and out of.
I had wanted to try Chipotle for a long time. I was advised by friends and family not to go because I would be disappointed. I figured that maybe they had a bad experience and that mine would be different. BIG MISTAKE. The food was cold, not tasty at all and overpriced. That was my first and last time wasting money on Chipotle.Food: 1/5
Worst Chipotle experience ever. Out of almost all proteins and no rice white or brown, horrible customer service by lazy employees, and the place itself was nasty. Horrible experience, will never visit this location again.
today at 8:00 pm 09/23, first of all was such an horrible experience, it would say, the worst chipotle i’ve been to in the area, even tho i like chipotle and i choose to come here for my bitthday. They we’re men, expcept for the white guy, the two asian girls, were so mean, even to him, they we’re doing nothing, they make me u comfortable, one of them with glasses, she said she was gonna help me in a second and she left, to “refill” and fix the drinks, they leave him alone, even they don’t have a coke, i just buy a drink for a coke, and they didn’t even have it, that means she was doing nothing, not even taking my order, i even have to ask for a refund for my drink and the manager was even more mean, and mad like if it comes from her pocket. My husband go and ask for a cup of water and she was even so mad about it, and they have order inline and the guy has a big line and she just turn and pretend she was filling the fridge and she wasn’t helping him, this whole time. They should raise this guy ASAP, i feel so bad for him, like, why you guys have this girls working? To be mean! Even the food was so cold! Like… no only the atitude,.. include that, what a bad location! This location should be closed, it’s unaceptable! Poor guy tbh, if i were him i would quit ASAP!
