The convenience of curbside pickup makes it easy to get your pizza to your destination nice and hot. Always tamper proof safety sealed. Had to resort to going to this Hut location since the Lemon Grove location closed sometime last year, a little out of the way, but worth it. As proof, I'm sharing a pic of the Original Stuffed Crust® masterpiece I picked up a couple of days ago!
This is a slightly below average location. At least 5 times they’ve left my pizza completely uncut. The times they do it’s very rushed. They never give you extra anything even if you pay for it and if you call to complain they will leave you on hold for 10+ minutes until you just give up
Im not sure when they started charging for pan crust or when they stopped asking what type of crust we would like, but it seems like a bad idea to default to hand tossed w/o offering a choice. The employees seem nonchalant about the change and dont seem to want to address it claiming that we customers not wanting to pay the $1 for pan crust is a valid reason to skip over the choice. This led to unnecessary attitude and me opting to not order from my favorite restaurant. Pan crust is worth the extra 1$, the attitude and aggravation was not. Campo Road Spring Valley needs some training.
I ordered a pizza for delivery. After an hour I called and was told I had ordered carry out which I had not. When it came out was cold. I had ordered extra cheese and there was almost no cheese. It tasted like bread with canned tomato sauce. Worst pizza I've ever had.
Tried ordering online twice in the last couple weeks. Both times they only made half my bread sticks so I had to wait while the rest of my food for cold. The second time I paid 1.50 for extra sauce and they left it out. Too lazy to read their own tickets.
This people are stingy with sausage and charge you with everything on the sausage and your wings don’t come with dipping sauce or else they be charging you with extra and if you ask for extra sauce into your wings and that is also extra cost, their wing is not hot as other pizza hot and it’s very runny like a water and I order burning hot and all I got is regular hot wings and blue cheese taste sour and not sweet, I would rather save myself a money and go elsewhere, less headache and paying for the worth of your money instead here.
Really disappointed with Pizza Hut in this location... Pizza did not look like Pizza hut at allllll!!!! And the prices are way more expensive in store then online makes no sense... It's the same business why difference in price..... Sorry to say I will no longer purchase at this location..
Pizza was ready when I picked it up. Staff was friendly. When I got back home my pizza was still warm. Pizza was delicious! I got the Supreme. I highly recommend it.
I just order from Pizza Hut and I must say I’m very disappointed in the service I received. I ordered some Buffalo wings Mild and was very upset to see there was little to no sauce on them.
Great service great food good experience all around My kid loved her meal
