Very disrespectful workers, they act nice with certain customers and then ignore others. It's like they choose who to give good service too based on their personal opinion of you. I do not recommend going here. Plus a worker spit in my food while the other worker blocked so I couldn't see.Food: 1/5
Food is normally good, ONE time I got a moldy biscuit in the morning and I didn't say anything because I was in a rush but that was a while ago. Otherwise I do expect anyone who works food service to hate their lives especially those in one at a Walmart, but they always seem to have an attitude in the mornings which doesn't make anyone's day any better on either end. There's one guy,idk his name but he's so snappy with the customers. Maybe they're short staffed and need some help but it's okay if you're in a pinch and need the convenience
Why is the ice cream machine always down. I worked for McDonald's over 20 years and can count on 1 hand how many times my machines were down and I ran several. 4th time this month machine is down.Food: 1/5
We stop by this McDonald's 4340 Bonita Rd.once a month or so and each time it's a disappointment. The girl taking the payments was on her phone when we drove up, so we waited for her to finish her text. Really? Put the phone away and do your job. I purchased the new Spicy "Crispy" chicken sandwich... probably the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had! How do you ruin a chicken sandwich? I couldn't eat the bun as it was stale reminded me of tough microwaved bread. The crispy batter on the filet was soggy and the sauce was interesting, mayo and buffalo sauce I think. The pickles were good. When I called, I asked to speak with the manager and Lilly informed me that she was the manager. Instead of correcting the situation immediately she told me that I needed to come back in the morning to speak with the manager... Lilly, I thought you were the manager?? Haha. Geeze. In any case, this is my fault for expecting superior service from an establishment that is run by children.
This place is a joke orders an ice cream through kiosk waited for 10 minutes then the lady telling we don’t have an ice cream.
I wouldn't normally take the time to review a fast food place and certainly not McDonald's, but I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding customer service we received from the girl with the pineapple tattoos sorry I don't remember her name. She went above and beyond in every way she could! This was at the McDonalds inside Walmart at Grossmont Center
ALWAYS CLOSED!!!! In my personal opinion if your located in a Walmart you should be open the same hours as the Walmart! Second you would think since their only open for 8hrs out of the day they would be open throughout the 8! Atp just close down and go work at the one on fletcher at their actually open
The food was not good at all. I got sick because of bad food.
Great friendly staff fast and efficient in & out service that gets your order right the first time. This place is bright,clean ,sanitized with plenty of parking handicap included. The drive through staff are awesome and friendly
