They were busy with a few orders today but handled like Champs. People stepped in to help newer associates learn the ropes. It was nice to see. The food is great as always. Got a regular Italian and regular chicken cheese steak Mike's way. I recommend grabbing a sandwich today. All freshly cut and cooked. Way to go. Vegetarian options: Make it your way
I never have issues at any other location but this one. Every time online for here my order is always incorrect or missing items I paid for. I always order online because I have a limited time for lunch. it said my order would be ready by 1:33pm.when I arrived it was 1:35 and they didn't even have the order started. at 1:50 I asked for a refund since I was running out of time to get back and they said ill get in 3-5 days but that my order was almost done. I wasted my entire lunch waiting. I don't understand the point of having ordering in advance when I still had to wait 20 +min to get my order. the guy working offered me free chips for the wait even though I had already paid my own....
Last Sunday my mother-in-law, was at the restaurant at noon, and a male guest was in the restaurant with a dog. He was holding his dog who was moving in are arms and shedding dog hair. The guest, very tall, was leaning over glass and management did not say anything.
Always good sandwiches. They like to go heavy on the vinegar and oil, though. If you don't want your sandwich soggy, tell them to go light on it.Food: 5/5
Update** If you go when it’s busy, the service goes down. They rush you through while they try to do everything fast and forget what you literally just told them about your sandwich. Also, Tip: tell them you want it Togo otherwise they will charge you more to eat in. This is a good location. And the store is clean. Jersey Mikes is in my top 3 of sub shops. If they had more options for ingredients, and they subs weren’t priced so high I would enjoy it more.
Great customer service. Friendly staff with a great attitude. Soda machine was acting up and the employee promptly righted the situation. They even had offered canned replacements of our fountain drinks! Friendly conversation and very polite.
#7 Mike’s way with banana peppers, pickles and mayo on rosemary sub is the way to go! La Mesa location is the best!Recommended dishesTurkey and Provolone
First time having jersey mikes and it’s amazing, great food, employees had great customer service, they helped me out because it was my first time and everything was amazing, only flaw would be more toppings and the parking but that’s small, will come back!!
I will not be going back to that location and I don't know if I'll be going back to any of the stores you should receiving what happened by one of your district managersService: 1/5
I love their Turkey/bacon club sandwich. With mikes way, it’s addicting. The guy who made it was cool, too.
