Had a great experience at this location tonight. Order was perfect, and food was fresh. Witnessed a man throw a tantrum like he was 5, and the staff held their own, being respectful while the dude swore at them, and was generally rude. I was impressed with how the staff handled it, especially staff member Diego. I would recommend this location, they'll get your order right!
They have a bathrooms inside and they have a walk-in they have a huge parking lot. Clean atmosphere fast service. Kid-friendliness: Very cleansed and atmospheric Parking: The parking lot is pretty big it can fit up to quite a few cars and vehicles Wheelchair accessibility: You can almost immediately drive up and roll right through or walk in with a cane or walker.
A few months ago I would've given this location a 1 star but they came through at 3:15 am this morning. I wanted a shake and usually at 3am lots of JITB aren't serving shakes. They weren't about to serve me when someone in the restaurant said they could serve my order. Wow! Talk about coming though. This JITB has turned the corner. #180 Edit: 02/04/19 Restroom is spotless and smells good.
I get decent service every time I come to this jack but this time around I was craving a coffee so I asked them if their coffees had dairy in it and the person let me know they didn't. when I got the coffee it looked like it had milk so before drinking it I checked their allergen list and surely enough had dairy. As someone allergic to dairy, it sucks to see staff don't even know what their food has.
We went inside because the drive thru was packed. Turned out to be a bad decision. The inside was completely empty, but they completely ignored us. We were just about to leave after 10 minutes when she took our order. I understand the drive thru was slammed so I tried to be extra nice. The niceness wasn't returned. I told my daughter that some people aren't supposed to be in these kind of jobs! My kids said the food was good though!!
Long, but fast moving line. Professional staff. Hot, freshly prepared food and accurate orders!Food: 5/5
So I come here a lot and you know how a lot of drive-through places don't always get your orders right I have yet to have one wrong which is a good thing also the food always tastes good here
The cook was a no show. Manager I think and window person were the only ones working. We got in the drive thru at 2:04am and left at 2:38am. They should have not opened. The manager did apologize, which was nice. They admitted they were winging it.
Waited in the drive thru order area for at least 6 minutes before being answered no one else was there finally ordered a grilled cheese and a plain burger, what I received was a burger that was not plain and the grilled cheese wasn’t even cooked it was cold slices of cheese on bread, and while waiting for the food at the window which took forever the two employees in there where just having a non work related conversation and not making the food.
Always go through drive-thru, so atmosphere is good. Parking: Parking is easy when you arrive, not so much leaving, especially when they are busy.
