Took over 30 min to get 2 double cheeseburgers after work. My order given to car ahead of me... waited and waited. If not so tired, would have gone inside to speak with manager.  I had my time of working fast food. Last time,  got a cheeseburger,  no burger! What gives?Food: 4/5

I would like to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the McDonald's. My experiences with this branch have consistently been very negative.  Waiting for food takes an unreasonably long time – often over 30 minutes, even when I order something as simple as an iced coffee, which should be ready in a minute. The staff is incredibly slow and disorganized. Every purchase I make here is associated with some kind of issue – whether it's missing straws, drinks, or sauces.

Everytime I go there I'm always missing something. The management is also ridiculous I've never had to show so much information to get a partial refund it wasn't worth my time. There are better places to eat around here I would recommend to NOT eat hereFood: 2/5

Make sure when mobile orders are finished. Put them on the shelf. Almost had an altercation with a customer who thought I skipped him. I thought he was finished ordering. And my customer  was asking why was her already paid for order taking so long. It was sitting behind the counter along with another order.Service: 1/5

It's McDonald's so it's a reach to expect anything remotely close to quality, but I would expect instructions could be followed. What part of the guide to burger assembly states to put cheese on a hamburger? What is the use in trying when you simply don't care. Jeez man, close this location down. It's the worst one in the area. Hamburger = no cheese Cheeseburger= cheese. Pretty elementary. Especially when the menu tells you that. There is a picture folks. Ugh. Anyway just a person asking for no cheese tired of getting cheese.

Bad experience today at this McDonald's. The food was terrible and cold, the ice creams had a strange taste, an staff member was walking with a bucket in his hand from the bathroom to the kitchen without gloves. Disgusting to be honest.

Since when does McDonald's charge 59cents for a sauce?I had no other sauce not even Ketchup. Been to so many other McDonald's , never been charged for a sauce. I understand it's hot and some employees may not wanna work there but she was very rude with her tone, body language and words. very dismissing, as if i was a annoying gnat. Told me next time to tell the cashier before so they can charge me for the sauce. I'm just sticking to Chick-fil-A,  where I'm not the only one smiling and saying thank you. Also free sauces galore.

Dont bother placing a mobile order here, im always waiting 10+ minutes for it anyways. Curbside pickup is so slowFood: 3/5

Food was delicious but we had to pull in the drive thru parking slot to wait for our food...It was a fairly simple order but I feel they forgot about us waiting because we were sitting in the parking spot for at least 15 minutes... Probably won't return.Food: 5/5
