Absolute trash : Employee stocked and pretended to not see us waiting to order… They were only doing drive thru and ignoring inside guest… Went to the restroom and continued to get ignored upon return…. Lady then stopped and went to back leaving us standing. We left! “Great employees”

The worst. Don't waste your time. Chicken is small and overcooked. Ordered 10 piece and they gave me 4 tiny wings, 2 tiny legs, 1-1/2 thighs and 2 half breasts. Look at the pic. Awful.

I can sympathize with fast food workers because I used to work in food service for years myself, but holy cow this place is consistently bad. This past week was the icing on the cake when I was asked to wait for my order after going through the drive thru- not a big deal. It wasn’t unusually busy and yet I sat for 45 minutes just to be given the wrong order. Looking at all of the other reviews here isn’t surprising. Something is terribly wrong at this place.

There are reasons for the memes and videos online when it comes to Popeyes service. This service has caused me headaches for years and if it wasn't for my love of the spicy chicken sandwich, I'd never go. Consistently messes up my order or takes an eternity to fulfill it, cannot remember sauces asked for, and almost always expect my food to be handed to me without eye contact or words of any sort.

Seems like when you place aborder. anything outside of a combo they always forget with the rest of your order.  Guess the difficulty of putting food in a bag is on par with a rocket scientist. Do fast food workers love ripping people off or is being a fast food worker as a adult that much of a life failure.

2:00pm - Waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes before I got to place my order there were a whole 3 cars in front of me.  Once I pulled around the building, all three cars were still waiting for their food.  Rude employees who do not care.  Too many other options out there to deal with these folks.

Chicken sandwich was so stale it tasted like it was made the week before last. They also forgot my drink. Would definitely avoid if possible.

Been here 4x in past month. Each time nobody I'm drive thru or inside. Each time I was told it would be 25 min wait on the chicken. I saw at least 4 employees inside. How do you not ever have chicken ready??

They were 15 mins of closing. Out of a few things. Ok. I approved changes but still I ended up with what a think was chicken nuggets. They were 90% breading,  Yuck!  Vegetarian options: Not really...

Very friendly staff , food was fresh , drive thru was efficient.Food: 5/5
