It's constantly an issue at this particular restaurant. Rarely do I fill out surveys for fast food but I've had to do it 5 times in the last 2 years here. It's the closest McDonald's to me and I will be traveling to the next closest location from here on out until I know the place is under new management.

Worst McDonald's ever. It's our McDonald's and we love it, but food is often second rate from the McDonald's ideal. Cold dry fries, crunchy bun that isn't supposed to be crunchy, shriveled burger, and so on. Rapid employee turnover I think. If carrying out, be sure to check your bag to make sure of your order!

Customer service is TERRIBLE! They always have attitudes towards you, never say your welcome after you say thank you! Always forget sy least one thing of you go through the drive thru. Not to mention the food poisoning I got from a big Mac a couple months ago! This McDonalds is convenient because wev live so close, but honestly of rather drive somewhere else than desk with their crappy good and crappy customer service!

Went thru drive thru. Placed order got asked for butter wasnt on screen but when i got to pick up my order checked bag no butter i asked for it to the worker and she gets smart its not in the sceeen..i said..BUT I ASKED 4 IT..

It took a long time for me to go through the double drive-thru in order for them to take my order. Then when they took my order I verify that it was correct. But when I got through the window I still got the wrong order. Then the girl giving me my order had yelled back to the manager hey look please give her the right order or she's going to have a fit I explained to her comment was unnecessary but whatever is McDonald's and I guess that's how they do and that's who they hire
