We hosted a surprise party at Tidewater Grille for our daughter last month. Every single detail was perfect! Our waiters were excellent, the room was lovely and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at Tidewater for making our day so very special!

Very disappointed in this place. I had my rehearsal dinner here and have always raved about it but on this visit everything was awful. We ordered two burgers, kids Mac and cheese and crab dip. Took over 20 min for anyone to greet is and take our drink order, they sat us in a tight corner, our waitress was so slow and had an attitude Everytime we asked for something. I understand that they are busy but that should never compromise the quality of the food and service. The crab dip was awful barely any crab very watering. The burgers were just as bad. Only good thing was the pickle that came with the burgers. Will not be recommending this place EVER again or eating here. Not happy at all!

Went here 1st time and food was good but service was horrible, contacted them about visit and they sent gift card in an effort to remedy situation. Went back and same service existed and even had waitress comment that they knew about complaint from 1st trip! Wouldn't waste my time on contacting them again. If management doesn't already know what kind of employees he/she has, then shame on them.

The food was good. The service was dreadful. We waited a half hour before someone asked us our drink order and that was after we complained. It only got worse from there. The waitress was absent minded, slow and unfriendly. She spilled my dressing and tried to clear our plates before we were done eating. It really is a shame, it could be such a nice place. I have never felt so aggitated after leaving a resturant.

Visited Tidewater for the second time and was very dissapointed! Very long wait for food. Ordered the crab dip and there was almost no crab, I sent it back. Even the chicken on the salad was blah (over done and I think it was frozen precooked chicken breast). Overall, too expensive for sub-par food that took forever to arrive. The location is always nice with a great view. If you go there you are paying for the location.
