One of the better locations locally, but still waited 40 minutes for a very basic order. Lines at all of them around here were wrapped around the buildings and out into streets. Build more and manage better?

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Northern Ky. The ice cream machine and/or milkshake machine is always "down" at night. For at least the last 2 years. More than half the time I go there they screw up my order. Not exaggerating. I've called to complain more than once and the line is busy. Probably from all the complaints. No visible management. I can't remember the last time I received my order in less than 5 minutes. And that's when no one is in line in front of me. I guess that makes me the idiot for returning.

Sat in drive thru forever. Food was cold. Waited ten minutes at window for the yogurt in the kids meal!  Pretty sure thry don't make that's there. Sheez!

Food is mediocre at best at this,location. Service is horrible needs better management and employees need better customer service skills. Employees are not customer friendly they should at least say hello, how are you or how,may I help,you anything instead of "I'm ready"

I waited in line for 40 minutes and I was late getting back to work and when I got there I discovered that they only gave me 3 chicken tenders and I ordered a 4 piece and got charged for a 4 piece. This location is horrible.
