Out of mild sauce. Asked for and paid for extra sour cream. No sour cream at all. Ordered 2 spicy potato grillers, there was no sauce on them. When I took them back up to the counter they looked at me like I licked the sauce off or it evaporated or something. Staff was rude. As I sit in my car in the parking lot with the windows up writing this, the manager comes out the door talking on the phone cussing so load I can make out every word. And her car is parked right outside the front door. So every customer walking in and out get to hear her foul language which sounds like a bar on a Saturday night at 2am. My advice is to go somewhere else. Unbelievable.

Always has long waits and consistently gets orders wrong. Far from FAST food.

Edited Review: They changed everything here and made this Taco Bell stand out now. I sucked up my pride and went back to try it out just because I was burnt out on Wendy's and needed something quick. With my kinda we only get 30 mins for lunch so I was desperate. But I noticed first off the server was friendly and new and seemed to be the only one there. She was great and even when I asked for Verde she was sweet in explaining they don't have it and her management has been under construction or something so I was understanding and decided to retract my earlier review. Thankfully the little girls they hired are no longer there. Original Review: I don't like this Taco Bell because the server's don't take their job seriously. They mess up the orders and don't care. They don't understand customer service and seem to not uphold the food quality expected from taco Bell. Whoever is managing the store should be retrained themselves or retrain their employees. The food was all wrong and when I went back to hopefully fix the order they all just laughed and said I should have been more clear. I don't understand how I don't get any meat in my chicken chalupa. That doesn't seem like a misunderstanding on my part but a lack of care on the employees. And then to not even fix it and just laugh it off like I was to blame was really revolting!
