I've been living up here for about 2 years now and in the beginning it was great but for the last 6 months or so I've had more problems then anything. They don't get my order right when they deliver on time and when they do get it right they are always around 20mins late and my food is cold. I've tried numerous times to call the store and they never answer. I ordered on Halloween and had nothing but problems. Food was right but is was about 25mins late then and cold. They never answered the phone either. I don't know if they are short handed or what but if your gonna be late then fine but don't bring me cold pizza to.

I've been ordering here for a few years now and have never had a problem. My food is always accurate, fresh and delicious. The deals when ordering online always come in handy and the workers are nice also.

I placed and paid online for my order and was given a estimated delivery time of 40 minutes(10pm). It was a rainy Friday night. I waited a hour....no delivery. I called the restaurant a few minutes before 11pm and was informed my food was on the way and they have 70 minutes to complete deliveries. It had already past that the 70 minutes when I made the call to pizza hut. I was hungry and exhausted so I settled for White Castle. Now it was almost midnight and I went to bed. My doorbell rang at 1:10am it was my food minus the 2 liter I ordered. The delivery woman had the nerve to ask my daughter (she answered the door) if we wanted our food. I had ordered from this location in the past without any issues. I was most upset with the dismissive attitudes from these employees I encountered. I won't do business here anymore or recommend this location EVER!

Well let me start off by saying the female that answered the phone greeted me by saying Thank you for calling Papa Johns...I guess it could've been an honest mistake...but then she just laughed and said hello...I told her I wanted to place a delivery. So I proceeded to ask her about the pizza specials and how many slices were on each. She told me she was not sure what I was asking and didn't understand...so I tried to ask her again and she laughed again. So I told her forget it and hung up....I'm not sure what kind of restaurant this is but I will never order from there again! They lost my family's business...ironically I ended up ordering from Papa Johns

Never know what you'll get, sometimes great, sometimes awful. Tried the hand tossed today...thick mushy airy dough with zero taste..threw it out.
I'll stick with thin crust...when I order again..
