Though some knock East Palo Alto (EPA), this McDonald's & staff are great, helpful, & courteous. The whipped drinks have never failed me, & what you can expect at a McDonald's, you get here. Restrooms have never been locked in the years I have eaten here, & the toilets & paper supply are stocked. Still great fast-food fries. EPA has cleaned itself up immensely in the last 25 years -- it is  the epitome of diversity.

Very clean. Food servers nice. Liked the pictures on the wall. Best McDonalds I've seen so far.

I love the security and hospitality of a warm smile in the morning. The staff here is incredible. My coffee had never been more delicious. My mornings have never been better.

This place has no idea about fast food. I spend 15 minutes on the line when I finally get at the intercom to place my order I ask for smoothie and she say almost no to my order if you don't have few items on your menu please make sure to take it off from your display. Is really disrespectful make people waiting for 15 minutes

Bad customer service, I asked for hot water and manager told me they will charge me for that, I dont mind paying for what I ask but the way they say it.
