Truly amazing cuisine. I personally loved my burrito (almost too much), my friend ordered a spicy burrito. Big mistake! I tried a bite and it was so spicy it should be illegal. It could be used as a crowd control weapon once aerosolized. I'm serious.
I got the regular chicken burrito without onion and I highly recommend it. Five stars because what *I* got was awesome.

We've been multiple times now. I always get the crispy tripe tacos with everything on them. Tasty! The hard chips are amazing; the salsa has a serious kick. Enchiladas are good too. Our favorite Mexican place around.

On our most recent visit the guy who brought out our food was super polite - I haven't had such attentive service at a restaurant in ages. The shrimp taco had tender and nicely lightly charred shrimp, the lengua was nice and tender, and the tripe was crispy and just the right saltiness. Satisfying as always.

I’m giving a 2 star because of the horrible customer service received. Food was good but employee 1 girl needs to learn what customer service is about if your doing it for a living

This place is the best Mexican food in the peninsula. Whenever I am in the area I try to make it.  If you're vegetarian try the veggie enchiladas with mole.

Tacos were the real deal! I am not Mexican, but I've traveled to Mexico often and the fish tacos I had were on par with the best street food I've had in Baja or the Yucatan Peninsula. The restaurant, although modest, is also very pleasant. A bit of a drive to East Palo Alto, but definitely worth it.
