The service is not the best and you really have to watch them while they're preparing your order. I ordered a mcpick 2 with a quarter pounder. I asked for extra pickles and onions then I was told I would have to pay for it (lol not gone happen)....😕how? Is what I asked. Then when I told the person gathering my order she repeated extra pickles and onions to me, but never told anyone in the grill. I had to give em a bit of me to receive A LITTLE EXTRA PICKLE N ONION n still had to send my food back because the grill ignored me. You have to come assertively or they'll handle your order for you n not necessarily respectively either. Ps. I'm 8 months pregnant and my well done quarter had got cold in the mist of some damn condiments.

This McDonalds is about to lose me as a customer simply because lately, almost once or twice a week they only have one lane open in the drive thru, in the A.M and the excuse for that is we're short staffed... I visit this McDonalds 5 days a week and the service is getting weaker by the days...😳

NO STARS! I'll never go back again. I placed my order then sat in line for 20 min before I got my food. Fries were cold. I asked for a drink with no ice and it had ice in it. Lettuce tasted like it had chemical on it. The staff was laughing and playing around instead of working and moving the line.

The staff was pleasant and the cashier had an award winning smile. She also said happy birthday to my client which meant a world to her. Please keep up the good work! Jewel

Beware of the cashier named Darrell or Darryl!!! My son and I would frequent the restaurant in the evenings and he would always be at the first window taking orders and payments. One evening, I gave him my debit card to pay for my order and later on that night I received a friend request from him on Facebook. Super creepy!! I went inside the restaurant and spoke with regional manager who happened to be there that day and explained to her what happened and showed her his face in my friend requests. She agreed that it was creepy and unacceptable. Another female manager called me and I explained to her the exact same situation and she too agreed that the situation was creepy and unacceptable. She said she spoke to him and he told her he just saw my picture pop up and that's when he sent the request. I told her it was mighty funny that all of this took place the same day he had my debit card in his possession. I told her that they lost a customer because after speaking to her I knew he wouldn't be fired or even given another task where he wouldn't deal with customers and their personal information. So I got back to the restaurant maybe a month and a half later and guess who's still at the same window? I gave him cash this particular transaction and I haven't been back since. I called corporate and reported it to corporate but they didn't care either. Now, I am by no means a drama queen or overexaggerating this situation. I never accepted the friend request but I went through his pictures and all of them were taken in jail! And McDonald's still felt like it was okay for him to be dealing with customer's personal information. NOT COOL!! Just another establishment where I refuse to spend money! Use cash if you go here!!! I
