Worst experience of my life and I only had to deal with these two idiots for one week. Thank god.
Melissa came to show me the place I was looking to rent, immediately unprofessional and it just got worse the more we talked. James and Melissa are a scam. We went through the application process and got approved. The lease was sent to us and as I read it over it was wrong on a couple things. I asked her to revise it and nothing came back. The house was occupied and very dirty but they promised to clean it by move in day. I asked to have the promise in writing and Melissa starts throwing a fit and acting like she doesn't know english. 
She claims she had to ask James about this agreement. Heard nothing back so I called and she nonchalantly says that they chose someone else. 
Not to mention she was harassing about getting the deposit and rent before singing the lease on top of bunch of other sketchy events.
Glad all of this happened to me because it saved me headaches in the future. Yes there is a reason why most of the reviews on here are bad. It's because it's true. STEER CLEAR OF MCPEAKREALTY!

I have a friend who rents from McPeak rental. The house is in Tampa, it's air conditioning went out on Saturday.  she could not reach anyone to get it fixed for three days.  her house reached 88°!!  she had to call at least 100 times, different numbers, finally threatening to call code enforcement before someone would call her back to make arrangements to come out the next day!!!??? to fix it. 
Terrible property management!!!  
If someone in her family had health issues, I could see a lawsuit very easily.
