I have lived at Pearce at Pavilion since the property opened. It has been a great experience. Customer service is great! The leasing staff Tiffany especially and maintenance are wonderful. The apartments are beautiful and the property is well kept. It is also in a great location.

I was a prospective tenant and was hesitant to come in for a tour based on the reviews here but decided to try anyway. I walked in the door and wasn’t asked when I was looking to move. I simply was told they have no apartments available not even a model to view. Mind you I’m not planning to move until August. I just wanted to see what they have to offer. She gave me a list of other apartments to look at. Now I understand if you all are in high demand, and it’s a wonderful property but I felt I could have been treated better. At least offered to put my name on a waitlist instead of pushing me off to another community. I was really bummed to see that some of these reviews may hold some truth. To those who had good experiences.. I wish I could have been as lucky.

Upon completion of my second tour at Pearce, my roommate and I signed a 15 month lease of a 3/2. I've toured almost all rental complexes with Class A amenities from Brandon to Wesley Chapel, and Pearce has always been my favorite. Tours were exceptional, the complex itself is stunning- no other words to describe it. Gym is 24/7, multiple multiple spots to entertain, and overall promotes a relaxation vibe that is unrivaled by any of the spots closer to the city. We are eagerly awaiting move in in less than 2 months.

Living here for the past year has been excellent! The staff is the best I’ve been around, helping at every turn. During Christmas I went home but forgot something medically I need. They went to my apartment got what I needed and overnighted it to me! Wow that says it all. The place is awesome too, tons of great amenities, I love it.

I’ve seen several reviews from individuals looking for an apartment here who claim that the rental property staff rushed their tour and suspected it was because of their race. Preposterous. I went to Pearce about a month ago to look at the apartments and the gentleman who greeted me was professional, clear, and kind. He showed me two units (the show unit for a 2/2 and an empty unit). He showed all of the amenities and answered all of my questions (of which I had MANY from a previous bad experience with an apartment). He offered refreshments, and explained how everything works with renting a unit there. Because of our interaction Pearce is still #1 in my book for places I’m looking to rent when my summer season is over. People don’t despise you just because you’re black. Maybe you’re just a jerk!
