These apartments are the worst! I have never had so many issues with an apartment complex, and I've lived in plenty. If I could, I would give them zero stars. The management is disorganized and will tell you one thing but the truth is something different. Definitely get everything in writing. They are so disorganized and have been the worst to deal with. The most frustrating experience ever!

Lived here for four months and it is dirty, unkept,u "matnience" is a joke and staff is rude and unprofessional. We are early terminating our lease. Do not live here unless you want to pay 1,300 a month for an unheated hot tub, terrible water pressure and a "dog park" smaller than your apartment.

Need help with now to manages apt, nothing for residents to do. Dirty grounds, Clubhouse is filthy, bugs every where. Etc....

Pros: Cheap for the area, decent interiors, no bugs or mold or anything. 

Cons: A/C may just decide not to cool below 80 about one night a week (5 maintenance requests later still not fixed LOL)

EDIT: Check out the Better Business Bureau profile for them. Same complaints. :(

Gorgeous community , awesome staff especially their new agent Malik. they do get bitched at a lot due to needy tenants , it isn't a luxury hotel duh. Maintenance people do a great job , if they have to order a part that's when requests do take long to be answered or if it's an astronomically ridiculous request , Prime location near the main road , shopping and dining at your finger tips. I wish they would implement the animal feces testing to fine the people who don't pick up their dog matter, other wise everything is suitable , way cleaner than apartments in this price range. But does not surpas the expectation of how quaint the grounds should be. Has potential and style.
