Been with them for over 13 years. You always have your ups and down. I believe you would have that with any company. Some more than others.

This company was scheduled to make a delivery to me on Friday. I paid extra to have it delivered on a specific day. Despite this, they tried for 3 days to change the delivery so they could consolidate two shipments. After my repeated refusal to adjust, they ultimately called and said they had an "overnight DOT inspection" so they would have to deliver it when they wanted. Not only do they give lousy customer service, they are willing to deceive. If you need something shipped, try someone else. Most carriers try to do what they are contracted to do and care about the customer. This company doesn't.
