I love this place everytime I've gone 7 - 10 minute tops that I  was in there.  I've gone on week days and weekends the same results.

Being an international student (F1 Visa), I applied for my OPT stem extension and before the new EAD came in, the old one had expired. I waited a good two months until I received my new card. I had a receipt of my application but the dmv said, 'We need a the EAD to issue the license even when USCIS had no problem with it, they just told me 'State of Maryland does it differently and they have no say in it'. I Ubered to work, spent crazy (to keep in my mind: I just got my new car and I couldn't drive it). Finally, My EAD arrived yesterday, and I came running to the dmv in the morning. Now, you guys tell me SAVE is not verifying my SSN and the system is down, IT'S A COMBINATION! 
How in the world does does that make sense? I can go to work, I can pay my taxes, get my refund, travel all around the country but CAN'T GET MY LICENSE?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! 
The sad part is I understand maybe it's not the dmv's fault but their biggest fault is not giving me a conditional either. At least a document saying there is this issue and this is proof that he has all his documents so the cops don't pull me over. 
What do you expect me to do, keep paying for Uber or quit my job!!
This is absolutely pathetic and someone needs to do something about this.

Very small place for MVA. Too much wait time, too many people and it does not smell good in there.

Looked on-line first, it said line was short. Drove there, and the line was short. A real person pre-screened to see what I needed. Sent me to correct seat location. I waited a few minutes and the desk clerk called me up. Wonderful!

MVA Express in Columbia gave me the best customer service that I have ever experienced at an MVA.  They are awesome
