Had a watch overhauled and they were fantastic. They called to update me every step of the way, the staff was extremely courteous and professional and it was evident that they truly appreciated the business. Sam is a consummate well-trained professional with amazing skills in watch repair. He brought a special old watch back to life for me...it looks and operates like new again. Medawar's customer service is amazing and we were interacted with the moment we walked through the door. I needed my engagement ring appraised and because we came in from out of town Suzanne got the appraisal done promptly. We were expecting another trip back into town considering it was 330pm on Saturday and she had us out the door by 415pm. I was thrilled with her timeliness and she steamed my ring before she gave it back. Great service, price and overall experience.

We we're looking for a band to match the ring we had purchased earlier, Suzanne greeted us as we entered the store, and after not having what we wanted in the show case, she went in the back and return with a band that looked like it had been made for our set. She then done her very best to keep it within our budget. Suzanne thank-you for your faith and your straight forward honest approach to do business. You have made us Medawar customers for life.

Staff was extremely rude. Showed us the "50% off" rings as if we could not afford to shop for an engagement ring. We requested to look at additional rings and the elderly woman waiting on us went into the back and never returned. Went to Wheat Jewelers in Okemos instead and received exemplary service. They also custom made a ring for me. Highly recommend Kevin Wheat. He does excellent work and completes it in a timely manner.

All I have is compliments for the extraordinary service that was exhibited to our needs for wedding rings. We were treated with the upmost courtesy; and our situation that actually occurred quite spontaneously; was handled very expeditiously and smoothly. This along with the crunch of the Christmas holiday period;: we were uncertain we would be able to get it done. We did, and everything worked out great. Thank you Medawar Jewelers. Would highly recommend.
