I love been consistently impressed by each and every experience I've ever had at Rottermond; from having jewelry cleaned/repaired, to custom ordering, to perusing their excellent Shinola selection. This place is a gem in a charming city! Special shout out to Krystal at the Milford location--she's knowledgeable, friendly, and all around really good at what she does! She makes every single experience a fun one :) Rottermond Milford and Krystal, have found a forever customer in this girl!

Taline S. at the Brighton store is OUTSTANDING! We first met her a few months ago when we brought in about 10 watches for service. Some just needed batteries, but some needed more attention. Taline was patient and took the time needed to take care of us. She has great rapport and is very easy to work with. More recently my wife went back to see Taline to purchase my Christmas gift - a Rolex Submariner Date! Once again she provided exemplary understanding and service. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to make a jewelry purchase. We will definitely be partnering with her in the future!

I just purchased my first rolex anniversary edition  and I couldn’t be more than pleased With the watch and the great service that Jack and Dean provided me with.I definitely will be revisiting them and I recommend  anyone  looking for a Rolex or any watch to go to them 100%.Thank you guys once again especially Rottermond jewelers!!

It was mine and my boyfriends anniversary and Taline  helped us pick out a beautiful pendant. I couldn't be happier with it! Definitely recommend shopping at Rottermond at the Brighton location and asking for her!

My wedding ring was half a size tighter than my a actual size, I took it to Rottermond and  Taline was so friendly and helpful she made it perfect,I didn’t think it could be fixed and still not notice any deferent in design!
Im very happy with the service I got at Rottermond I recommend the place and ask for Taline! She knows what she is doing!
